Why we built Jettova for Schools
Schools travel constantly. The away tournament, the band festival, the debate meet, the senior trip, the reunion. And almost none of it has a real tool. It runs on a group text, a spreadsheet, a stack of paper forms, and one coach or teacher fronting the money on a personal card and chasing every parent for their share.
We had already built the hard part. Jettova started as group-travel technology for friends: the voting rooms, the fairness engine, the budget tools that plan real trips every day. The moment we watched a coach try to run a team trip by hand, it was obvious that the same engine belonged in their hands. So we brought it to schools, and built the coordination a program actually needs on top of it.
The goal is simple. Take the trip that used to eat a coach's evenings and weekends, and make it something they can run in a few minutes, with the money clear and the whole group in one place.
Who we are
Jettova, Inc. is a US company. The group-travel technology behind Jettova for Schools runs live consumer trips every day, so this is not a slideware promise. It is a working engine, pointed at programs. You can read the fuller story of the company on our main about page.
What we hold ourselves to
A school is trusting us with its families, its money, and its students. These are the commitments that trust rests on.
The school keeps its money
For family payments the school is the merchant of record: money settles into the school's own account, and Jettova never holds it. The card-processing and platform fees are added to what families pay, so the school receives 100% of the trip cost. (For optional managed hotel bookings through our travel partner, Jettova is the merchant of record for that booking.)
We collect only what a trip needs
Names, who has paid, room and chaperone assignments, and permission-form status. We do not collect student medical records or health data in the pilot, and we do not sell any data we hold.
Families are never surprised
The cost is transparent to every family from the first vote, and everyone books their own travel at standard prices with no markup. No parent gets a surprise, and no organizer fronts the group on a personal card.
The program stays in control
An organizer runs each trip, co-organizers help, and a principal or athletic director gets read-only oversight of the whole season. A trip can require a recorded sign-off before it goes out.
Free to run, no lock-in
Creating programs, planning trips, and all the coordination is free. There is no per-seat fee and no contract to sign to start. If it does not help your program, you walk away owing nothing.

We build Jettova for Schools alongside the programs using it, adding the next piece a school asks for, and we build the sensitive parts carefully, with student privacy and the right legal review first.
