The three bets
Groups are the unit of travel
Travel tools are built for one traveler at a time, but the hard decisions are made by groups: friends, families, teams, companies. We build for the group first, which means we own the deciding step every other product skips, and we collect the thing nobody else has: how groups actually decide.
Trust is architecture, not a feature
The next decade of travel runs on autonomous agents, and the winner won't be whoever ships the flashiest demo. It will be whoever a finance team actually lets hold the card. We built the governance before the autonomy, published the rules our agents cannot break, and render our test battery on a public page. Retrofitting that onto a legacy stack is the hard road; we started there.
One engine, three markets
The same fairness, planning, and money infrastructure serves consumers (advertising-free affiliate economics), companies (software economics at 100x the contract value), and developers (metered API). Consumer proves the engine and feeds the graph; business monetizes it; the API distributes it.
Don't take the page's word for it
The unusual thing about this company is how much of it is checkable from the outside: the free fairness calculator is the real engine, the trust page renders our actual test battery, and the agents' operating rules are published, not promised.
