Jettova for Schools

Everything Jettova for Schools does, and why a program can trust it

Jettova started as group travel technology for friends: the voting rooms, the fairness engine, the budget tools that plan real trips every day. Jettova for Schools brings that same engine to programs, the away tournament, the band festival, the senior trip, the reunion, so the whole group can decide together and every family books its own way.

It is built for the coach, band director, teacher, or committee lead who is already doing this by hand. Here is exactly what it does, and why a school can trust it with a season of trips.

A real company behind it

Jettova, Inc. is a US corporation. The group travel technology powering Schools runs live consumer trips every day. This is the same engine, working for your program.

No one fronts the money

Every family books their own travel from their own home at standard prices, with no markup. The organizer never carries the group on a personal card, and there are no per-seat fees to start.

The program stays in control

An organizer runs each trip, co-organizers help, and a principal or athletic director gets read-only oversight of the whole season. A trip can require a sign-off before it goes out.

Built with families in mind

Every student has an adult account of record. The budget is transparent to every family from the first vote, and the whole plan lives in one place instead of scattered across texts, a spreadsheet, and a paper form.

Everything Jettova for Schools does

Every capability below is live in the program console today.

Decide together

Before anyone commits, the group agrees on the where, the when, and the budget, the part a group chat handles worst.

  • One room, one link. the organizer opens the trip and shares a single link. Every family makes a quick free account, so there is an adult of record for each student.
  • The group decides. everyone votes on the destination, the dates, and the budget, and our AI turns the winning choices into a full day-by-day itinerary with real prices.
  • Same-day or overnight. run a single-day field trip with no hotel, or a multi-night trip, from the same place.

Run the trip

The coordination a booking tool skips: chaperones, rooming, buses, and the paperwork.

  • Chaperone coverage. flag your chaperones, set a students-per-chaperone ratio, and assign each student to a chaperone, so every child is accounted for.
  • Where the group stays. the coach or teacher sets the group's lodging and can search hotels in one place. Families never have to.
  • Ground transport. keep the bus or coach details, the pickup point, and the times in the room with everything else.
  • Permission slips, tracked. link your school's own form and see at a glance who has turned theirs in, with a due date and automatic reminders.
  • One trip sheet. print a chaperone-ready manifest, the roster grouped by chaperone, so the trip binder builds itself.

Money stays clear

A school trip should never become a surprise for a parent, and no organizer should carry the group on a personal card.

  • Transparent from the first vote. the per-student budget is visible to every family before anything is decided.
  • Each family books their own way. every traveler books their own flight from their own city at standard prices, with no markup and no one fronting the group's money.
  • See where everyone stands. mark which families have handled their share and which are set, all in one view instead of a mental tally.
  • Free to start. no per-seat fees. Jettova earns a small commission from travel partners when people book.

Oversight and sign-off

The controls a school needs before a trip goes out the door.

  • Roles that fit a school. an organizer runs the trip, co-organizers help, and a principal or athletic director gets read-only oversight of the whole program.
  • Approval before it goes. submit a trip for a principal's sign-off, and the approval is recorded with who approved it and when.
  • A board-ready proposal. a costed, dated one-pager with the destination, the itinerary, the chaperone coverage, and the all-in per student, ready to send for approval.
  • See the participant view. an organizer can preview exactly what a family sees, so nothing is confusing before the link goes out.

Growing with pilot schools

We build the next piece with the schools using it

Collecting each family's share in one place, with installments and a clear paid-or-not view, is already here. The next piece we are building carefully, with student privacy and the right legal review first, is a digital emergency and consent form to retire the paper one. If your program needs something specific, tell us and it shapes what we build.

From the founder

Jettova is built by Adam Oubaita. I'm a New York City public-school kid: Stuyvesant, then a finance and computer science double major at Washington University in St. Louis. My professional work is in monetary controls and governance. I've co-authored reports submitted to major federal agencies, and I hold AWS engineering certifications. That is the same discipline that goes into how Jettova handles your families' money and your students' information.
