Accessibility statement

Our standard

Jettova aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across jettova.com, with priority on the surfaces schools and families use: the trip planner, group trip rooms, forms, and payment flows.

How we work at it

• We audit school- and family-facing screens against WCAG 2.1 AA and fix what the audits find, treating barriers as bugs with the same priority as functional defects.
• Interactive controls are built to be keyboard-operable, with visible focus and programmatic labels for assistive technology.
• Status changes such as saves, errors, and payment states are exposed to assistive technology, not signaled by color alone.
• The product respects system settings for dark mode and reduced motion where they apply.

Known limitations

Some third-party content we link out to (partner booking sites, embedded maps and videos) is controlled by those providers, and some older or low-traffic screens may lag the standard until their next audit pass. If you hit a barrier anywhere, we want to know regardless of whose surface it is.

Report a barrier

Tell us what you were trying to do, the page you were on, and the assistive technology or browser you were using via Contact. Reports go to the people who build Jettova, and fixes ship with normal product updates rather than waiting for scheduled reviews.
