1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jettova's websites, mobile applications, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Jettova, Inc. ("Jettova," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you ("you" or the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Jettova reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including where eligibility cannot be reasonably verified.

3. Accounts and Registration

Certain features of the Services may require you to register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep this information updated.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Jettova immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Jettova is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

4. Use of the Services

Subject to these Terms, Jettova grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Services;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, related systems, or networks;
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services without our prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code; or
• Use the Services to transmit unsolicited commercial communications.

5. Affiliate Bookings & No Direct Payments

Jettova is a trip-planning service. We do not sell flights, hotels, rental cars, activities, eSIMs, or travel insurance, and we do not process any payments. When you book a travel product surfaced on the Services, the transaction happens entirely on the booking partner's site (currently Kayak, Expedia, Viator, Airalo, Travelpayouts, Ekta, and similar partners). Their terms, fees, cancellation rules, refund policies, and customer support govern that booking.

Jettova may earn an affiliate commission when you complete a booking through a link on the Services, at no extra cost to you. Prices, availability, and offers shown on the Services are pulled from those partners in near real-time and may change before you check out on the partner site.

Because Jettova is not the merchant of record, we are not responsible for booking errors, cancellations, refunds, schedule changes, or service issues at any partner — please contact the partner directly for those.

6. AI-Generated Itineraries

Jettova uses AI language models to suggest destinations, daily themes, activities, restaurants, and cost estimates. These outputs are suggestions, not authoritative information. Venue names, prices, opening hours, and availability shown on the Services may be out of date, approximate, or incorrect — always verify with the venue or booking partner before relying on them.

You are responsible for confirming that any itinerary the Services suggest is appropriate for your travel needs, including but not limited to visa, vaccination, accessibility, and dietary requirements. Jettova does not guarantee that any AI-generated itinerary will be available, safe, or suitable for you.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the "Jettova" name and marks) are the exclusive property of Jettova or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services or its content without Jettova's prior written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted in Section 4 and may violate applicable law.

8. User Content & Public Trip Sharing

User Content includes trip itineraries you create, edits or swaps you make to AI-generated plans, ratings, notes, and anything else you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant Jettova a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

Public sharing:Some surfaces (the Discover tab, the public "share link" for a saved trip) make your trip visible to other users. Your destination, vibes, day-by-day activities, and trip rating may be displayed publicly. Your name, email, exact dates, and personal notes are not shown unless you explicitly opt in (for example, by joining the partner leaderboard). You can unpublish a trip at any time from your Trips list.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. Jettova reserves the right, but has no obligation, to remove or modify any User Content at its sole discretion.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by Jettova. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Jettova disclaims all warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Jettova does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Jettova, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Jettova's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Jettova in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jettova and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

13. Termination

Jettova may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation Sections 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with arbitration taking place in Wilmington, Delaware. You and Jettova waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

15. Changes to These Terms

Jettova reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Services and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jettova regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; Jettova may assign these Terms freely.
