Your money never touches us

Jettova doesn't process payments. When you book, we hand you to the partner's own checkout (Expedia, Viator, and the rest), and you pay them directly at their listed price. We never see, transmit, or store your card details, and we add no markup. Cancellations and refunds happen with the partner, under their policy, using the confirmation they email you.

What we store, and what we deliberately don't

We keep what's needed to plan and save trips: your email, the trip requests you submit, saved itineraries, and, if you use expense splitting, the structured fields extracted from receipts (merchant, total, currency, line items). Receipt images themselves are never stored; they're processed and discarded.

We don't sell your data, and our analytics are first-party: we measure how Jettova is used with our own event pipeline, not by handing your behavior to ad networks.

How access to your data works

Our database denies direct access by default; every read and write goes through our own servers, which check who's asking first. Traffic is encrypted in transit everywhere (HTTPS with strict transport security), and sign-in supports Apple and Google alongside email, so you can use an identity you already trust.

Itineraries you can check

Suggested venues are cross-checked against Foursquare, the places database behind many of the world's biggest apps, and we run a weekly automated audit that measures how many of our suggested venues are verifiably real. The estimates you see for flights and hotels are labeled as estimates: real prices always come from the booking partner at booking time.

Leaving is self-serve

You can delete your account and its data yourself, anytime, without emailing anyone. Every marketing email has one-click unsubscribe, and transactional email is kept to the minimum: things like the one booking-window reminder per trip.
