How cancellations workTap to expand
It's a two-step flow.Hit Cancel on a booking and we ask the airline what their fare rules permit. We show you the refund amount before you commit to anything — you'll see exactly what you'll get back (sometimes the full price, often less, occasionally zero).
Refund amounts depend on the fare class you booked.Basic Economy and most Saver fares are non-refundable. Standard fares often allow a partial refund (the airline keeps a cancellation fee). Flex/Refundable fares give you the full amount back. We don't set these rules — the airline does — but we surface them honestly before you confirm.
When the refund actually arrives. If there's a refund, the airline issues it back to the card you originally paid with. Most airlines complete this within 7-14 business days; some take longer. If it hasn't shown up after 21 days, contact the airline directly using your booking reference — they own the refund process, not Jettova.
What happens to the rest of your trip.Cancelling a flight only cancels the flight — your itinerary, hotel bookings, and activities are independent and stay where they are. You can keep planning, book a different flight, or pull out completely; that's your call.
Jettova doesn't charge a cancellation fee.We don't take a cut of your fare, and we don't add anything on top of what the airline charges or refunds. If your refund is $0, that's the airline; if it's the full amount, that's the airline too.
